ウォセットの世界
The world of Woset
Woset designs creative tools for children: tools that spark stories, feed creativity and allow free play, with more uses than you would expect. The brand's mission: to inspire and nurture children's imagination.
Each tool belongs to an inhabitant of the world of Woset. Doona, a mysterious figure of the forest, talks to animals and plants. Jonee, the most learned, studies insects, trees and the sky. Greeba, the most creative, is always starting a new project and makes her own tools. Breata, gentle and contemplative, loves flowers. Ector, the oldest and wisest, tells stories. Juan, a little six-legged builder, fixes everything; Ramsey, the tallest, helps the others reach what is too high; Monier sleeps, always; Colby and Biorn, Colby's mischievous shadow, stick to each other.
ドーナの魔法のクレヨン
Doona’s Magic Crayons
Doona’s magic crayons are made of rice wax and draw on almost any surface: paper, glass, tiles, metal… and the nom-nom trees of Woset. The colours are inspired by the nature of the forest bordering Woset, and the cardboard box is kept for storing them. Doona’s philosophy: good ideas can come from anyone, often when you least expect it.
Ages 3 and up, under adult supervision. 95 mm × Ø 15 mm, 16 g per crayon.
- Rice wax and pigments
- Paper, glass, tiles, metal
- Reusable storage box
ジョニーの丸いマーカー
Jonee’s Well Rounded Markers and the small tools
Jonee’s markers are designed for little ones just starting to draw: a rounded tip that survives drops and draws from any angle, a line of 1 to 5 mm, and two markers that clip together to compose patterns and colour pairs. Twelve colours, water-based ink. Jonee uses them for research sketches.
Around them, a whole pencil case: Greeba’s Mistaker Maker pencils, made of cedar, with no eraser – Greeba loves learning from mistakes – and an “onigiri” cross-section so they don’t roll; Monier’s Dream coloured pencils; Breata’s Gentle scissors; Juan’s Tri Again eraser; Colby and Biorn’s Stuck Together glue; Cossot’s pencil sharpener; the Woset Bugs’ Snap 'n Share markers; the All Sized notebooks, the Jonee's Jar pot and the Where in the Woset colouring book.
- Markers: 12 colours, rounded 1–5 mm tip, clip together
- Pencils: cedar, B lead, 5 per pack
- Ages 3 and up, under adult supervision
ラムジーのイーゼル
The furniture, designed in Los Angeles, made by Karimoku
Ramsey is a simple guy: he wants to help his friends and give them the tools for their biggest ideas. His easel was designed in that spirit – a creative tool that is functional but also beautiful, one you want to leave out to capture a spontaneous idea. Designed by Shin Okuda’s Waka Waka studio in Los Angeles, it is made in Japan by Karimoku from birch plywood: 51 × 58 × 114 cm, 17.8 kg, one-year guarantee.
In the same vein: Ramsey's Step or Stool or Side Table, a step, stool or side table depending on the time of day, and Greeba's Arches, a sculpture of blocks in oak, cherry, walnut and Japanese maple for inventing faces, roads, towers or tunnels.
- Ramsey’s Easel · birch plywood, Karimoku
- Ramsey’s Step or Stool or Side Table
- Greeba’s Arches · oak, cherry, walnut, maple
